Introduction

Starsg Group Inc. (together with its affiliates, "Starsg," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data we obtain from or about you. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard personal data when you use our AI Services.

1. Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data relating to you as follows:

(A) Data you provide: When you create an account, contact support, or upload content or prompts, we may collect your email address, phone number, and content or communications you submit (including uploaded images and other files).

(B) Data collected automatically when you use the Services: log data (IP address, browser type, timestamps, interactions), usage data (features used, actions taken, feedback, time zone, device type), device information, and approximate location derived from IP address.

2. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, analyze, and maintain the Services;
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activity;
  • Comply with legal obligations; and
  • Protect the rights and safety of users, us, and third parties.

We may aggregate or de-identify personal data and use it for analytics, research, and product improvement without re-identifying you, unless required by law.

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose personal data to:

  • Service providers (including Google, Microsoft, and Anthropic), cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics and security vendors;

  • Our affiliates; and
  • Other users or third-party partners when you choose to share information with them.

Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies

When you visit our websites and Services, we and service providers acting on our behalf may send one or more small data files called "cookies" to your device to uniquely identify your browser, help speed up login, and facilitate navigation. Cookies help us measure metrics such as total and per-page visits, how users interact with the Services, and visitors' ISP domains. You may reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is sent. Most browsers allow you to reject cookies through settings. Starsg processes your personal data on servers located in multiple jurisdictions to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, including in facilities and servers in the United States, or in countries or territories where our affiliates, partners, vendors, or service providers are located. Although data protection laws vary by country, we apply the safeguards described in this Policy regardless of where your personal data is processed, and we transfer personal data only pursuant to legally valid transfer mechanisms.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services or for dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations, depending on the type of data, how we use it, and your settings. After the retention period ends, we will destroy your personal information.

Even if you request deletion, we may retain certain data longer where required by law, anti-fraud measures, security needs, or financial compliance.

  • Data export;
  • Deletion or archiving of conversations;
  • Account deletion; and
  • Cookie preferences.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, object to, or withdraw consent regarding your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Accuracy notice: AI outputs are generated by predictive models and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them as your sole source of facts. If you believe an output contains a factual error about you, you may request review through the contact channel above.

7. Children and Teens

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Users under 18 must obtain permission from a parent or guardian.

If you believe we have collected a child's personal data, contact privacy@starsg.ai. We will investigate and delete such data where appropriate.

8. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal data. No internet transmission is fully secure; please exercise caution when providing information.

9. Region-Specific Disclosures

9.1 United States State Laws (CCPA/CPRA and Similar Laws)

Subject to applicable exceptions and depending on where you reside, you may have the following privacy rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to know about our processing of your personal data, including the right to access your personal data (often in a portable format);
  • The right to request deletion of your personal data;
  • The right to correct your personal data; and
  • The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

We do not "sell" personal data, do not "share" personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not process personal data for "targeted advertising" as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. We also do not process sensitive personal data to infer consumer characteristics.

Verification. To protect your personal data from unauthorized access, modification, or deletion, we may require identity verification before processing access, correction, or deletion requests. If you do not have a registered account, or if we suspect fraud or malicious activity, we may request additional information. If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill your request.

Authorized agents. Depending on where you live, you may submit requests through an authorized agent who provides proof of authorization, such as a signed written authorization. You may still need to verify your identity separately. Requests from authorized agents may be sent to privacy@starsg.ai.

Appeals. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision regarding your privacy request. To appeal, send your appeal to privacy@starsg.ai.
